When you click on the link under your renewal price nothing happens

Does you home page in the Members Centre contain a message along the lines of 'You already have a change in progress'?

No only info about when the current contract started and ends

OK. my advice then, is to ring COTs ( the customer option team) on 0800 013 2632.

Hey @pebble we've got an issue at the moment with that particular part of our website. We have a fix going through tonight to hopefully resolve it - should work if you try again tomorrow.

Re-tested on the morning of 31st March and it was working fine.
[I was one of the reference test accounts for the issue]
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
