Hi all, I received a renewal offer by email for £26.99 for my existing package, which I thought was fair enough. When I log in through the email link the offer is available. When I log in directly without following the link, the offer is £27.99. But when I click through on either offer, in the breakdown before I confirm the order, it tells me that the price will increase to £31.99 per month on 2nd May (which happens to be the last day of my existing contract if that is relevant), which is of course ludicrous and I will not be agreeing to. The pre-contract information received by email does not include the increase to £31.99 on 2nd May.
Is this a mistake that can be safely ignored given that it's not in the pre-contract information, or a dodgy practice?
Has anybody else experience a similar issue? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I never received any renewal offer by email. In my account there is an option to recontract on either 18mth or 24mth term
Price to increase by £3 on 31 March 26

Does any of this pricing relate to your package?

Here are some screenshots from the renewal journey, which make no sense!

No worries, thanks for taking a look.
Yes I probably should give them a ring, but it's not such a great deal that it's worth jumping through hoops for (and they've wound me up now 😂). I'll probably just leave it until nearer the time and if the issue hasn't ironed itself out see what offers are available elsewhere.
