Renewal issue

Hi all, I have spotted some similar issues here but nothing that matches the situation exactly- I have logged in to renew my broadband service this evening as I'm now out of contract, I have selected a package, got notified I had to pay for p&p for a new router, then had an error message. No info on payment and I have had no confirmation of the change etc. However, my account now states I can't change products as I have already have a product change in progress? I can't spot anywhere that shows current changes or orders specifically so I don't know if the renewal has been processed properly?

Try looking at your ticket history - see the link below.

If there are open tickets on the account the messages bell will appear in the user portal.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
