Restricted services

I was a few days late paying my bill this month but still within the 14 day period but my services seem to have been restricted and I’m not able to access very much using my WiFi, can anyone help with a fix?

Hi @klegge1998,

I'm really sorry to see that restrictions weren't removed automatically following making payment. I've manually lifted them now so you should be able to browse normally but let me know if you have any further issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
