Error occurred that lead to my service being restricted- called and was promised reinstatement of services which has still not occurred 😡

Hi there, I'm really sorry about the issue with this, it looks like advisor you spoke with didn't follow the right process so I'm passing on some feedback via their line manager. The restrictions have now been removed so you should be able to browse as normal.
