Returning a hub two

I have sadly had to leave Plusnet after 12+ year.  I was very reluctant to leave but I need to have a faster speed than 8MB to be able to teach online. Since BT refuses to put Fibre into my road I have had to move to an internet provider that uses CityFibre which is in my road (or rather under the pavement of my road!!!)

The hub two that I have was sent to me in June 2024 and I am unsure whether I should be returning it.  Plusnet have not asked for it back although in the cancellation information it did say that they could ask for new ones to be returned.

How do I return it please?  And if it is not be returned what should I do with it to ethically recylce it?

Thanks

Re: Returning a hub two

Fix

@msbernice7 I understand that Hubs supplied in the last 18months or so are 'loaned', and therefore should be returned anyway.

The procedure is detailed here: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/returns/

Since Royal Mail's "Create Your Label" does absolutely nothing in my browser, any suggestions as to how to get a Return Label?

PS. OK, forget that! Form not fully filled in, label now printed. 🤐

How far do you get, @pvmb , and on what browser/device?

Re: Returning a hub two

I had problems too, but then found that RM had emailed the return label to me.
