Hi, no email at all. I included a screenshot further up when I first enquired about this, and was told some time ago I'd receive it, but nothing.

From what I can gather, you get an email within 30 after going live confirming details of the reward card.

@Phoenixepl Have you read the ticket that Will sent you in March? 

 

We've double checked the package you chose online and also checked with our back office team as well.

Reason for contactHi,
I signed up to plusnet 18.2.24 and went live with full fibre 300 on 04.3.24 . when I signed up it said that I could receive up to £100 on a reward card. I haven't received any emails or information regarding this (I took a screenshot though). Does any one have any information regarding this?

Action advised I have checked over this with the billing team and they have come back to us saying the promocode it was signed up under didn't have cashback attached.

Was this signed up online?

I'm really sorry but the offer you see online is conditional based on a few factors such as the cost and contract lench and technology type. With the up to a whopping £100 cashback promotion, it takes you to a list of products and deals that you can get. Some of which have the advertised £100 cashback, some have a lower amount and others have no cashback at all. It depends on the factors I mentioned and makes it clear which ones have got it and how much the cashback is for. The option you chose didn't have cashback and didn't mention it on the deal's page after you put in your postcode.
