Hi @Sazlei thank you for taking the time to get in touch through our Community Forum regarding the reward card offer.
You wouldn't be able to see this offer on your end unfortunately, however, we have a banner on the account to confirm if the offer is there and I can confirm that the offer is applied, please see below further details of the process we follow in these instances:
- You will be eligible for the card once your account and services have been activated and active for 30 days.
- An email with the activation instructions will be sent to you as well after the 30 days from Blackhawk, please be aware you will need to activate the card within 60 days from the email is sent to you (please check your junk/spam forlder as well as sometimes the email gos into that inbox).
- The card will be sent to you automatically once claimed.

Also new customer and not very happy. Just got off the phone to an advisor and was told it can take up to 2 months for me to receive my reward card, but nowhere (that i can see) does it state this on the plusnet site or anywhere in the small print. when i signed up for the deal it says "when your broadband is up and running we'll email you details of how to claim your plusnet rewards card" this is very misleading to the consumer and needs to be stated the wait time. Now I'm not that naive to think i would get it today on my activation date but 2 months is a little ridiculous. The advisor was quite rude tbh. Waiting 30 days to get the email, then another 30 days after its activated, so looking around 2nd June to get it at latest. Seriously need to state this on the website as it would create a lot of less stress for people as i see a lot of people create topics on this and waste their time calling to chase it. But then i suppose plusnet want to rope customers in thinking the reward card will be once your broadband is activated.

I can see you have a complaint open on your account with our customer advocates.
An agent has opened a ticket on your account and tried to call you to discuss this further.
If you would like to discuss this further with them you should get a contact number on the ticket on your account.
