Still have an issue with account change.

You recently tried to resolve an isse I had with a package change I still feel that we are out of pocked, not by much but I just dishartend that it has not been resolved and that you actually think that we will be happy without any compensation.

I'd like a way of wrting to you about the issue rather than using the phone as I stuffer from a rabbit in the headlights when talking to someone over a phone.
