There is a scheduled product change in place

I want to set up a new direct debit but I keep getting the above error message so I can't do anything to my account. The product change was a contract renewal that has already been completed and I've had at least one 'clean' bill (no pro rata, no new equipment or fancy charges etc) on the new contract since then. Is there a way someone can remove this block from my account so I can have control of my billing method again? Or if not, can you tell me when it will be automatically lifted? Thanks

@SpicyPineapple Hopefully one of the Help Team will be along fairly soon and manually sort this for you. It is an unfortunate 'feature' of the 'new' accounts platform that this flag is correctly raised during a change, and it should be automatically cleared when all changes are complete - unfortunately it isn't, and only manual intervention can clear it.
