I’m trying to upgrade my broadband to fttp but apparently can’t since there is some sort of phone order in progress. Not sure what this means as I haven’t ordered anything?

Hi @DavenLoki,
I've checked your account and think it must have tried to process the upgrade twice for some reason as there's a full fibre upgrade due for 24/10/22 with an appointment booked for between 08:00 and 13:00.
I hope all goes to plan and do shout up if there's anything else we can help with.
