Upgraded to fibre problems

I've just recently upgraded to fibre 74 with no phone as my old service was coming to an end.
Got my bill and its staing I'm out of contract with phone but I've got fibre 74.
So I'm being charged for a landline that I don't have. When I try checking in .y Account it comes up with an error. Can anyone advise how I can get this sorted.

How recently did you upgrade?

 

I would expect one billing cycle before you would get the correct bill, and with an adjustment for any overpayment.

Upgraded on the 6th June. Contract ended 15th June. Bill states landline rental from 15th Jube to 14th July.

Well there you go, no chance to sort the bill out in that timeframe, I would see if it is fixed on the next billing cycle.
