Want to leave but phone not option

Hi

I want to leave PlusNet (now have StarLink) but have Glue Ear in both ears and can't hear at present so the phone number being pushed on the site and in chat is useless and frustrating.  I don't know BSL (hearing loss should be temporary) and no way of sending a message or email to cancel and renewal is days away.

David

Re: Want to leave but phone not option

Details to write and cancel are on this page  https://www.plus.net/help/legal/cancellation-policy/

  • By post to: Plusnet plc, The Balance, 2 Pinfold St. Sheffield, S1 2GU. It is recommended that for your own peace of mind, any letter containing a cancellation request for cease of service is sent by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for lost letters not sent in this way. The letter must state the name of the account holder, the account username, the full address of where we are providing the service as well as the telephone number which we are providing the service on.

so what happens if someone is cancelling an FTTP or SOGEA service which doesn't have a telephone number?
