What is going on at plusnet because treating customers like this aint good

Sorry for the topic title but, what is going on at plusnet?
Im owed £282.40 and I get sent a cheque in the post for £75!
Is this a joke?
The wording of 'Please find attached the cheque promised on your account'? is also a joke!
I'm not ringing your 0800 number and after waiting so long for the refund, I find this totally unexceptable!
How long will I have to wait for a proper refund from your mistake?

@thetrudon    I may be wrong but I have seen substantial refunds paid in instalments so this could be what's happening here. You really need to contact Plusnet. There seems to be a limit on single refund amounts, if you are lucky you may get some more cheques in the post.😁

Thanks for the replies guys.
When this issue was resolved, I was told the refund will be passed over to the plusnet refund dept. That was 3 weeks ago.
No payment scheme was discussed apart from do I want it used for future monthly payments or do I want a full refund.
Why cant plusnet just pay the full refund back into my bank account?
