Hello I have 2 days left to pay my bill, struggling with money for this week had have so much go out! I can pay Friday will I be cut off before then?

I'm really sorry to see you're struggling to pay. We won't apply restrictions until the 14th day after the payment's failed. I can see we've emailed you this morning to confirm the latest you'd have to pay by to avoid restrictions or failed payment charges.
