You already have a change in progress

Hi, having the same issue as others, if I try to look at any products it says I can’t due to already having a change in progress which I don’t have.

@Mykehawkeye All I can say is:

You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken - or it could be BT's B2B system at fault.

Whichever it is, it needs sorting, but don't hold your breath.

Hi @Mykehawkeye I've removed an account change that was stuck in the system so you should now be able to make any changes you need to. 

 

Please let me know if there's still any issues at all.
