i switched away from plusnet to a new provider but plusnet are still sending me bills

i switched away from plusnet to a new provider but plusnet are still sending me bills

Iv left plusnet for cost reasons and am still getting demands for bills saying my service is restricted. i dont know why and iv been going round and round in circles trying to get hold of anyone and do not have time to spend on the phone.
can someone please tell me what is going on

Does this relate to broadband or mobile? If broadband who is the new provider?
Is the new service FTTP?
Moving to an AltNet provider (for example Virgin Media) or FTTP might not automatically close your old service … if the new provider did not do a proper take over if the existing service.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

iv tried to ring and sat on the phone on hold for 40 minutes. i do not have time for this as im tryin to arrange my husbands funeral.
i switched to now broadband and had a were sorry your leaving us from plusnet so they know iv left
