Plusnet has yet again failed to confirm an activation date in writing for an FTTP order. I have spoken to customer services today and they have confirmed a new activation date of 5th Jan 2023 but are yet to provide it in writing(even though I have requested this). I need a Plusnet rep to confirm this activation date IN WRITING.
Plusnet has already failed to confirm an engineers visit today (22nd Dec 2022) failing to give me any notification of the changed date to the 5th Jan.

Have you looked at the tickets attached to your account?
Having a confirmed date, be it written or otherwise. does not guarantee that Openreach, who are a law unto themselves, will actually turn up.

I have checked the tickets now (not aware this was actually something i could do). Plusnet have sent a reply to the ticket.
Plusnet have provided a response but also states they would email me the details. No email received as of yet.

Emails would normally "come off the back" of the ticket. Did that ticket indicate if it had been sent out via email and if so to an email address you monitor?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
