Activation date

I paid for Wi-Fi on 28/05 and still haven’t received my activation date but I have had my Plusnet hub for two days now.

They keep saying there is a issue that’s preventing them from processing the order but this has been going on for a while

You pay upfront but your Billing date is from when you go live.
