Broadband went off at 1pm last night Thursday 13 October. No email or text received. When can I expect this to be activated. Have limited phone coverage without the internet and need to be connected asap

@Jojo24 Are you switching from another ISP, or have you just lost connection?

Switching, activation 13 October. Disconnected last night but no email or message to set up new router. Don’t know what to do. Rely on this for shopping, prescriptions etc. limited phone coverage in village so keep losing connection

OK, @Jojo24 A bit strange you should get disconnected at 1AM, it normally doesn't happen until around 7-8AM.
I suggest you set up the PN Hub and see what happens. Let us know.

This is hopeless because WiFi through my phone keeps dropping out. Very upset with this service, taken a month to get to this point, wish I’d not bothered

Sorry it didn't work - I should have probably warned you it might fail. It can take up to midnight for all the systems to mesh, and it looks like BT/OR are still working on it.

OK. Keep your eye on it. If there is no change by, say, 6PM, come back and we can have another look. As I said, the change-over is not instantaneous.
