Boardband order delayed

Yesterday my line became active and i got a message stating that my router will be arrive within 2 days. But later in the night i got a message saying "Your broadband order is delayed". What does that mean?

I'm really sorry for the issues you've had with your order.

I can see you've spoken with someone from our high level escalations team who have resolved this for you. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
