Broadband - Sign Up Gift Card

Good morning, 

I signed up to broadband through compare the market.com and went for the deal with the free £75 gift card (as anyone would). My broadband went live on the 5th July - however I have still not received an email to redeem my gift card.

Can someone assist with this please?

Hello ecooper2610, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry for the delayed response. I'm sorry to hear about your missing Reward Card as well. 

Can I ask, have you been in touch with Compare the Market tp see where it is? Also, did your sign up come with an additional incentive, such as cashback at all?

The reason I ask is because I've had a look at the promo code associated with your account and can't see any form of Reward Card attached to it I'm afraid.
