Hi all,
We’ve just moved into a new property and have signed up with Plusnet for landline and broadband. Whilst we’ve had confirmation that the landline is up and running, I’ve heard nothing related to the broadband activation or delivery of a router. Is this normal?

I see we're due to activate your broadband on the 6th October and we've put your new router in the post so you should receive that shortly. Let me know if there's anything else you'd need help with.
