Broadband activation delayed

Hi there,

So my broadband service was due to go live yesterday and I received an email this morning saying there is a problem.

After calling your support line the person couldn't confirm what the issue was, when it'd be resolved and when I should expect my service to go live.

This isn't great customer service, especially considering I placed this order over two weeks ago.

Can someone please look into my account or try and escalate this issue? The service rep said an engineer hadn't even been allocated to resolve the issue.

Hey @michaelbenson19 I'm sorry you had a delay to your broadband going live. I've checked your account and I can see your services did go live last night (18th July) at 10pm.
