Broadband has not been activated

My broadband was supposed to be activated yesterday but has not been.
Does anyone know how long this could take? A household in the middle of nowhere so even mobile data does not work very well and children need it for homework.

Assuming you are using a Hub2, are they solid or flashing? If solid, try rebooting the Hub.
