Broadband not gone “live”

My broadband was meant to go live today i.e 30th of august. I still haven’t received a message saying it has gone live although i am aware it says to wait until midnight but worried there are issues. We have been having issues with plusnet not reaching out to us previously so worried this might be the case again and i really need wifi for work

Same thing has happened to me, no correspondence at all about my order going live. Just joined from ee and thinking of going back to them already, based on the level of service from plusnet so far.

Hi there,

Their service has been horrible. Although i have wifi now. I rang them this morning and apparently openreach is on strike hence no one even completed my order as scheduled for yesterday. I rang them this morning and they sorted out the wifi from their ended as i had the router ready. Definitely give them a ring and see if you can do that
