Broadband router

My broadband with plusnet is meant to be starting this Thursday - I can't even see if the router has been sent yet. Where can i find this information

If you have a confirmed date for Thursday, it will most likely be despatched, by Tracked24, tomorrow. You should receive a text/email giving you the tracking reference.

I had a letter etc confirming it for 22nd so i assume it is

Howdy @kstephen86 it changed to awaiting ordering today and I would expect it to be dispatched today as well, so you should expect it by Thursday
