Can't renew Broadband as 'Order in progess' is stopping me

It's time for me to renew my contract, but when I press the button on the email link I can't go any further as your website says there is an order in progress.  Can't someone please release me

Don’t fight it, ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and sort it. This number is answered fairly quickly.

I have fixed this for you and you should be able to use your online portal to take a new deal.
