Can't send router?

We've moved. Apparently it's full fibre here, cust service rep on phone said they'd send engineer to do their thing including drilling a hole through the wall.. (even though there's a modern here already installed)..
A day later were told that the router can't be sent as the system won't allow it but we're still being charged from the day the engineer came.
Sent pm to @bobpullen but no reply.. can someone help please?
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Fix

@7up - I've replied to your PM.

In the meantime, the Hub One can be used by running an ethernet cable from it's dedicated WAN port to a LAN port on the ONT.
