Contract renewal incorrect

Very angry. I agreed a renewal contract price for basic broadband (not fibre) for £19.99 per month for 18 months back in August, to start on 3rd September. Confirmation email contract sent to me with this price too. Today I’ve received a bill for £31 and have been put onto a contract of £34 per month for 18 months and this will start to be taken on 10 September . Can’t contact plusnet because they are closed now. Awful. Anyone else had this experience and how to sort it?
