You might explore multiple reschedules!  Reschedule as late as the business can facilitate ... then nearer that date ... reschedule again.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yes I tried one reschedule, but it took 45 minutes holding on the phone to do it!

If you can PM me what date you'd like it changed to I can look at doing that for you but you would likely be looking at the beginning of February 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Thank you for, but I mentioned this already in a previous PM, but the latest postponement the Support Team could offer was until January. I said that was not possible, but still received emails 2 weeks after that saying that the 18th Jan was confirmed. The earliest possible date in 02 April 2023.
