Tomorrow I’ve the engineer coming to install the new cables for our PN 145mb. We were initially told it would be 16th but they it moved to tomorrow. I’ve not heard anything since, will the engineer call tomorrow or just turn up? I did try calling PN tonight but I was on hold for too long. I’m just concerned I’ve heard nothing since the email to say the engineer is coming on 23rd.
Once he leaves do I just plug my router in and I’m now with PN? I’m currently with BT. Will my internet with BT then cease and they will know I’ve left them?
