Re: FTTP switch to Plusnet gone seriously wrong

Finally got someone at the BT side who went off script! Figured out what they (BT wholesale) had done wrong and the line closes from tonight, meaning I can hopefully get PlusNet to take over quickly.

Re: FTTP switch to Plusnet gone seriously wrong

For anyone in a similar situation. On the 24th September a new modem was installed and plusnet tookover the line.

BTs automatic compensation scheme failed, so still fighting for that...

I might be very unlucky, but the whole thing has been a shambles and extremely frustrating.

Issue was BT wholesale closing the BT account a month early, however no one at the BT support side could fathom this possibility so I was sent on a goose chase.

BTWholesale are sometimes do messed things up. They are awful, slow and unfit for purpose!
