At my last engineer visit my fibre was hooked up and has been working fine ever since. However my account is still not active so I can't do much to manage my account. I called up about this and was told it would be fixed but it hasn't and I frankly don't feel like waiting in a phone queue again.
As much as I would enjoy having free broadband I assume it will bite me later, I've also paid for a static IP that I can't activate right now. It has also meant my previous provider was never notified and I'm paying that for 30 days to get it cancelled.
I put my Plusnet username in wrong when I signed up, just remove "ack" from it and its right.
