Gift Card

Hello, I’ve just switched to Plusnet and the service has been great so far. One of the reasons why I switched to Plusnet was that they were offering a £110 gift card if you sign up with them. However, to this day, I’ve not had a thing ever mentioning so said gift card. However long does it take to receive please? Is it after the cooling off period?

fwiw, I just had my Plusnet activated this morning, and was looking into the Reward Card too.

Yes, as Bill888 said you will need to wait for the full 10 days for the email regarding the reward card.

If you do not receive this please do let us know and we can then look into this.

 

Should all be fine though.

In my experience and after being on this forum a number of years, you have to wait and then chase them up by posting on here.

It’s been well over 10 days since my service was activated (3rd March) yet I’ve not received anything to do with the Plusnet Card. I’ve been checking my emails and also my junk email and there’s nothing at all.

Sorry to hear nothing has come through about your reward card.

I went on and checked your account, I can't see any promotion codes on the account.

Just a quick question, did you sing up through a third party site? Such as U switch or something similar?

 

Or was the sign-up done over the phone?

I signed up via U-Switch and the reward card offer was on the product when I signed up for it. It was one of the reasons why I chose to switch to Plusnet

There currently is a known issue with the £110 reward card, I have checked your account and the promotion code is on there no need to worry. I will also flag this with our billing operations team so when I have an update, I will let you know ASAP
