How do I get my gift card for my account?

It was activated on the 14th and I expected to have my gift card by now

Hey @Ryanalice20,

You should normally receive an email up to 10 days from when you go live to claim the card however I have checked our systems and sadly and email was not sent out to you to claim the card. I have raised this issue with our Operations team so I can get this chased down for you I should have an update up to 5 working days from now once I have been updated, I will send you an email
