Just sat thinking about it the property has been vacant since late may, and I'm sure that should have been terminated especially given the timeframe?

@ghamilton123  have you got a phone service or have you gone SOGEA?

Either way it has nothing to do with a previous PN service, just that the BTW configuration was done before Openreach connected you to the cabinet. Not sure when the PN bit was done though, did you have full internet access before you called them, or could you have been on the setup.xxxxx  on the router
