How will I know, if I am not a home, that all has been completed and set up as expected? Will I be emailed?

Hi there, with a house move it's a case of connecting up the router on the due date and it should just connect when the activation has been completed.
I've checked over your account and it looks like everything went to plan on Monday but do get back to me if there's anything else we can help with.
