Home Move

I am due to receive my broadband/phone at my new house today after a house move.
How will I know, if I am not a home, that all has been completed and set up as expected? Will I be emailed?

Hi there, with a house move it's a case of connecting up the router on the due date and it should just connect when the activation has been completed.
