I am on Fibre 500 and took up the upgrade to Fibre 900. How long does it normaly take to increase the speed as its been 3 days now and im still on Fibre 500.

@Harro the speed should increase as soon as the upgrade order completes.
First thing is to login to your account and check if your product has changed to 'Full Fibre 900'.
Assuming that has changed, then are you doing wired speed tests ?
Unless you've got a Wifi 6 capable router ( which the PN HUb 2 is not!) and Wifi 6 client , then you will struggle to get much > 400Mb wireless.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Ive been checking all week on my account and it still says Fibre 500.
Ive also been testing on Wired connection and still getting 500Mb

Doesnt sound like the upgrade order has been processed yet then. It should only take 24 hrs once the order is processed. I'm not sure these days, whether upgrades are processed immediately or they wait till the billing date ?
