How is compensation managed?

Hello,

 

I signed up with Plusnet earlier in the year and unfortunately had significant (~10 weeks from the initial activation date) delays getting things up and running.  I was told at the time I'd be entitled to compensation for this and that someone would be in touch after everything was completed, but it has been a few months and I've not heard anything yet (and I'm getting billed).  Is there a particular way that this needs to be requested, or someone in particular to get in touch with about this?
