On the 10th Jan I was offered and ordered the Hub 2 router. I have had no indication/tracking info or even confirmation that the Hub Two is on it's way. Can anyone please help with this?

You should recieve confirmation of the order later this morning and I expect the router to arrive over the next couple of days.
