Are there any Royal Mail delays in your area? The hub was definitely dispatched on the 4th via first class mail.

Hi @Kelliedonna,
I'm sorry to hear it's not arrived just yet. Router deliveries can take anywhere up to 5 working days to arrive during normal times and with some areas of the country being backed up with their mail at the moment, this may mean it'll be slightly later than we'd usually expect. If it's not arrived with tomorrows post, just update the thread and we'll be happy to review the situation further

Hi i have the same issue, changed my online service and paid the postage for the hub 2 and i still have not received it over 2 weeks later with no updates on whether its been sent out or not.

We've had a bit of an issue with those lately, in that they're added to the account, but not ordered. I've just processed yours now though. I've also manually placed the order to modify your broadband, as our automated system wasn't able to for some reason.

I'm in the same boat, ordered upgraded fibre and paid for hub 2 but not arrived yet 😢
