@Jimbo23 Just a word of warning, from previous forum posts I would contact Plusnet to confirm that the order has fully completed and been closed off in the BT wholesale and maybe Openreach ordering systems. If this is not confirmed you may find your service cancelled without warning sometime in the future.

Cheers for taking my call earlier and whereas I'm glad the connection is working I'm sorry about the issue with your speeds. I've sent the case back to our escalations team at Openreach and as agreed I'll get back in touch with an update tomorrow.

I'm just updating this thread for visibility, cheers for taking my calls again yesterday and today, I've escalated this to the next stage as it's still not resolved unfortunately. I'll be back in touch again tomorrow but do shout up if you need anything in the meantime.

Cheers for taking my call just now, the issue is still ongoing so I've escalated it to team leader level with our suppliers.
As requested I'll refrain from calling until we've got it resolved and will pop through any interim updates through on the support ticket open on your account for you.
