Hi
Recently (30/01/22) signed up for another 18months on unlimited fibre extra
Paid the £6.99 for a new router but it’s hasn’t as yet arrived but my account summary says it’s been dispatched !!
Tried ringing but haven’t been able to hang on long enough to get through to support and there appears to be no email or chat option
Is it possible for this to be investigated / resolved ?
Please advise

Hi there Paul, I'm really sorry that your router hasn't reached you, having checked over your account there's been an issue with the order, I've made sure one is dispatched today and that should reach you within 3 to 5 working days (they often arrive sooner in many cases) apologies again for the poor start and the disruption that must cause you. Please let me know when the router reaches you and I'll arrange a good will gesture for you.
