Hi - I'm due to be swapped over to Fibre on 4/2/22 - but no sign of new router as of yet. Will existing ADSL modem still function with the enhanced line or am I at risk of no BB until the Router arrives?

Please accept our apologies for the lack of communication here. While we did request your service to be upgraded on 04/02/2022, Openreach have had to push it back to 15/02/2022 due to engineer availability in the local area. Automation hadn't ordered your new router just yet, but I've given it a nudge this morning, so it should be with you within the next 3-5 working days.
