Ordered and paid 9 days ago now just moved into new home and we're without internet I'm constantly buying BT WIFI HOTSPOT which is getting annoying since I've paid and waiting for my broadband. I had a confirmation email and letter. But theres a blank on both where it should say activation date? I have tried calling been on hold for 85 minutes and now my minutes have ran out. 😩 Just really need an update when I joined it said 5-7 working days.
