No Engineer arrived between 8am and 1pm

There's supposed to be an engineer arriving today to setup my fiber connection between 8am and 1pm, but they've not arrived, what's the situation?

Sorry that the promised visit has not been fulfilled by Openreach. Out of interest are you waiting to have Full Fibre installed? I ask because if you already have a working phone line an engineer normally does not need to visit the property for a FTTC installation.

Your options are to either ring in or wait until a Plusnet staffer comes along. They are quite stretched at the moment so you might have a day or so wait.

Hi, Baldrick, sorry for jumping the gun, I've just spoken to plusnet on the phone and they're handling things from here
