No reward card email....

Hi, my Mobile Sim was ordered 19th Nov 2021 and activated 23rd Nov but I still haven’t received my £50 reward card email.

I have spoken to customer services a few times but getting conflicting advice. One says that email will arrive after 10 days and another informed me that it would take upto 45 days ???.

I signed up directly through Plusnet.

If anyone could help I’d be very grateful.... Thanks

I'm really sorry to see you've not received your reward card yet after signing up to our mobile service.

Me neither despite being promised one if I switched, worst decision ever.....now they tell me I wont get a rewards card at all, lovely people.
