The router that was due a week ago is not here..
Tried to call but on hold and had to give up..
Anyone help with this?

Router delivery is now tracked - I have flagged this thread for inspection.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@ilnino - the router was delivered on 21/10 to a 'safe place' according to Royal Mail. I'll drop you a note containing the tracking reference.

Out of interest, does your property have a traditional letter box (as opposed to a box on the wall for example)?
These routers were designed and packaged to be letter box friendly ... so I'm wondering why it was left "in a safe place".
